Return & Refund Policy

EliteGroup is committed to delivering high-quality professional training, digital products, and consulting services. Due to the nature of our offerings, our refund policy is structured to remain fair, transparent, and compliant with Canadian consumer protection regulations.

1. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials

All instant-download products are final sale.

Once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered, no refunds are available. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • PDF workbooks

  • Prompt libraries

  • Templates

  • Toolkits

  • E-books

  • Slide decks

  • Self-study courses

Because digital goods cannot be returned once delivered, all sales of downloadable products are non-refundable.

2. Self-Paced Online Courses

For online courses delivered via slide decks, workbooks, or platform access, the following applies:

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Course materials have not been accessed or downloaded, and

  • No more than 10% of the course content has been viewed.

❌ No Refunds After Access

Once any portion of the training content is downloaded or meaningfully accessed, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

3. Live Virtual or On-Site Training

Individual Registrations

Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled session.

  • Full refund available if canceled within the allowable period.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before a scheduled session or for no-shows.

Corporate or Group Training Bookings

All corporate training contracts are subject to the booking agreement signed at time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Cancellations within 14 days of training delivery are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is permitted once with no fee, with notice provided at least 7 days prior to delivery.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may result in full invoicing due to instructor scheduling and preparation costs.

4. Coaching & Consulting Services

Professional consulting services (including resume writing, interview coaching, proposal support, or corporate advisory) are classified as custom professional services.

Refunds are available only if:

  • Work has not begun, and

  • Cancellation is submitted within 48 hours of purchase.

Once work has started, all payments become final and non-refundable due to the customized nature of these services.

5. Subscription Products (If Applicable)

Where subscription services are offered:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Previously charged subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been granted for a billing period.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We encourage clients to contact EliteGroup directly to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension

  • Termination of access to purchased products

  • Blocking of future purchases

7. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund exceptions may be made at EliteGroup’s sole discretion under limited circumstances including:

  • Duplicate orders

  • Technical delivery failures preventing access

  • Incorrect product fulfillment

All exception reviews require documentation and are assessed individually.

  • Full name

  • Email used for purchase

  • Order number

  • Product or service requested for refund

  • Reason for the request

Requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.

9. Policy Updates

EliteGroup reserves the right to update this policy at any time. All changes take effect immediately upon publication.
